Blog #6
This week, during classes, I was able to do a research based assessment and dive deeper into how I can use the research on my final project and also how UI/UX is a very important aspect in the real world. My research was based on the Mercedes unveiling of their new user interface in their cars. I found it fascinating to explore how Mercedes incorporated user feedback and conducted extensive user testing to create a seamless and intuitive interface. This research not only enhanced my understanding of UI/UX principles but also inspired me to consider user-centric design in my own final project. I also learned how that user interface was transformed to create a nicer and more user-friendly experience for Mercedes customers. The attention to detail and emphasis on user feedback highlighted the importance of continuous improvement and iteration in design. This experience has motivated me to prioritize user satisfaction and iterate on my own design ideas to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for my project's users. The new version of the UI is called the MBUX Hyperscreen and it features a larger display with enhanced graphics and advanced AI capabilities. The MBUX Hyperscreen aims to revolutionize the driving experience by seamlessly integrating various functions and providing personalized suggestions based on the user's preferences and habits. Its intuitive design and cutting-edge technology make it a game-changer in the automotive industry, setting new standards for user interface innovation. Something else that I was able to get done this week was finding professionals in UI/UX to interview and gain a better understanding of the topic.
